We are looking for an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team.
The Role
As Assistant Maintenance Manager, you will assume responsibility for H&S, IT, and Engineering within the hotel. You will play a key role in keeping hotel facilities in optimum operating condition by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on hotel plant and machinery, including heat, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration. You will work closely with colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure the hotels are kept in excellent repair.
The Person
You should have previous experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, or joinery work. You must demonstrate the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and respond flexibly to requests. A positive attitude, adaptability, good command of English, and professional appearance are essential.
