The Role:
As Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring internal processes meet both regulatory standards and customer expectations. From quoting and document reviews to report writing and client liaison, your work will directly support both compliance integrity and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor compliance processes across key service areas

Review and quality-check quotes and documentation for accuracy and alignment with standards
*
Support client communications, focusing on transparency and service quality
*
Prepare clear, professional reports and compliance summaries
*
Maintain and improve systems and documentation in line with audit and regulatory requirements
*
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of compliant services
About You:

Experience in a compliance, coordination, or quality-focused role
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
Comfortable working with quoting systems, reporting tools, and structured documentation
*
Knowledge of or experience in the property, construction, or design consultancy sectors is advantageous but not essential
