About the role
We are currently seeking an energetic and collaborativeindividual with strong administration experience to embrace ournewly created permanent, full time Property & Fleet Coordinatorrole and make it their own!
Supporting the Property and Procurement services team located inWembley you will provide and support efficient procurement andfleet activities across through managing vendor accounts,lease-related payments and records, fleet coordination, procurementsystem support, and inventory oversight. The role ensurescompliance, accuracy, and timely reporting to support strategicdecision-making and operational effectiveness. This role requiresoccasional requiring travel across the Perth Metropolitanregion.
About you
The successful applicant will be a collaborative, team focusedindividual and self-starter who thrives working in a busy teammanaging multiple deadlines. You will have excellent organisationalskills supported by your proficiency across the Microsoft officesuite. Previous experience working in a similar position isessential, as is a ‘can do’ attitude and proactiveapproach to your work, providing reliable and informed support toyour team, in turn building productive and collaborativerelationships effectively.
Skills and experience may also include:
* Qualifications in administration, business or similarhighly regarded
* Strong experience in Word and Excel and other Microsoftpackages
* Demonstrated planning and time management skills includingscheduling
* Excellent communication, influencing and customer serviceskills
* Strong writing skills including the preparation of reportsand data
* Excellent time management and planning skills
* Drivers Licence
* National Police Clearance (issued within the last sixmonths)
