Own the design vision and elevate the craft across a major national brand.
I am supporting a leading consumer organisation in hiring a Senior Product Designer who can take a strategic and hands on role across high visibility digital initiatives. You will shape product direction, lead discovery and delivery workstreams and mentor designers while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

What you will be doing
* Leading discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation for high impact projects.
* Translating research and data into clear design strategies and narratives.
* Working closely with Engineering and Product to deliver high fidelity outcomes.
* Coaching junior designers and raising design standards.
What you will bring
* Deep experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
* Expertise in modern design tools and prototyping.
* Confidence engaging with stakeholders and presenting design decisions.
The essentials
* Start: ASAP
* Hybrid: Manchester - 2 days per week and 3 days per week WFH
* Package: £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and a full benefits package
