Headteacher
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed professional to join us as a Headteacher.
Responsibilities
* Formulate the aims and objectives of the school and establish policies to achieve them.
* Lead by example, articulating clear values and moral purpose, and focus on providing excellent education for all pupils.
* Provide direction and line management of the senior leadership team.
* Oversee standards and curriculum, monitor progress, and ensure achievement.
* Raise the quality of teaching and learning, set high expectations, and evaluate learning outcomes.
* Manage safeguarding in accordance with 'Keeping Children Safe in Education.'
* Provide curriculum leadership across the school.
* Ensure statutory requirements are met through regular reviews of school systems.
* Lead Ofsted inspections and maintain independent school standards.
* Manage staff development and school resources.
* Develop and review the School Development Plan.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about supporting students with SEND.
* Minimum of two years' experience working in a SEND environment or similar.
* QTS/QTLS qualification is required.

About North Bridge Enterprise College
Established in 2013, North Bridge Enterprise College caters to pupils at risk of permanent exclusion due to challenging behaviors, providing a safe and supportive environment for KS3 to KS4 students. The college offers a broad curriculum with high expectations to inspire and challenge students.
