About the Role
We are seeking a Qualified Solicitor to join a family office and lead legal matters with an international focus. This role involves working closely with family stakeholders and coordinating with legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. You will provide strategic legal advice and manage complex matters including litigation, dispute resolution, finance, investment, and corporate law.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary legal advisor for international legal matters.
* Oversee and coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
* Provide expert advice on litigation, dispute resolution, and contractual matters.
* Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations globally.
* Manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
* Support strategic decision-making and assess business implications of legal issues.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with minimum 3 years PQE.
* Strong experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate law.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple devices.
