Brighton i360 is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. Whether you're working in our beachfront café,event spaces,or bar,you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food in one of Brighton's most iconic venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a CDP or strong Demi CDP ready to step up in a busy,supportive,and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes to high standards across your section
* Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
* Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
* Assist in training junior staff and support the Head and Sous Chefs
* Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a busy kitchen
* Excellent food prep and cooking skills
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities
* A positive attitude,calm under pressure
* Commitment to high standards and personal development
