REF 77 - NURSING HOME MANAGER - PETERBOROUGH AREA - £ TO 80K BASE SALARY - GOOD RATED AND WELL ESTABLISHED CARE AND NURSING HOME
Forest Care Selection are currently working with an innovative provider with operations across the South.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the home’s continued compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Lead an established staff team ensuring they are effectively trained and motivated to deliver the very highest standards of care.
* Ensure the home and staff provide the best levels of service to residents and families.
* Oversee occupancy levels and be responsible for the budget management of the home.
* Ensure robust audit and governance processes are in place.
Qualifications
* Experience of leading care and/or nursing home settings to Good outcomes with CQC.
* Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent leadership qualification.
* Effective communication and IT skills.
* Experience of developing large care and nursing home settings and holding registration.
