<div><p><b>Functional Assessor</b> - Nurse, Physio, Paramedic or OT</p><p>Hybrid Working (2 days from home/3 days in the Assessment Centre)</p><p>If youre a clinician with broad experience across multiple adult conditions and want structured work with predictable hours, this role offers a alternative to traditional practice.</p><p>If your experience has been focused on a single speciality or limited patient group, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.</p><p>This is not a hands‑on clinical role. It is report-based and requires strong report writing skills and comfort with structured frameworks.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a Functional Assessor with Ingeus, youll use your clinical reasoning to assess how health conditions impact daily living.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Conduct telephone, video or face‑to‑face assessments</li><li>Review medical evidence and complete clinical triage</li><li>Use focused questioning and active listening</li><li>Produce clear, structured reports to strict standards that enable DWP decision making.</li></ul><h3>What You Need</h3><p><b>To be considered, you must have:</b></p><ul><li>NMC or HCPC registration with no restrictions</li><li>Minimum 12 months recent UK post‑registration experience</li><li>Have been practising as a clinician in the UK over the last 12 months.</li><li>Experience working with a wide range of adult conditions across different clinical scenarios</li><li>Strong written communication skills and be comfortable using computers.</li><li>High attention to detail and objectivity</li></ul><h3>Training & Working Pattern</h3><ul><li>6 months supported training to achieve DWP approval</li><li>Hybrid working post‑training</li><li>Full‑time hours with predictable schedule</li></ul><h3>Pay & Benefits</h3><ul><li>Up to 10% annual bonus (paid quarterly)</li><li>Starting salary - £46,813.50.
