Key responsibilities Manage seller relationships by championing their needs at Amazon, building strong communication channels, setting expectations, and managing growth plans.
Drive the growth of the seller’s business through strategic account planning.
Lead improvement initiatives and projects, including new product launches and relationship extensions.
Assist sellers in improving operational aspects to enhance customer experience.
Analyze business data, conduct deep dive analyses, and provide executive-level reports and recommendations.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance seller experience and achieve growth.
Engage in strategic conversations with sellers and manage complex relationships.
Serve as the point of contact for leadership and other teams.
This position is based in Bangalore/Gurgaon, India, and may require travel.
Basic qualifications 4+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with relationship management and negotiation experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
Preferred qualifications 5+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with relationship management and negotiation experience.
Experience with internal and external campaign metric analysis.
Additional qualifications 3+ years of sales experience.
4+ years of B2B sales experience.
Experience closing sales and generating revenue.
Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Ability to influence C-level executives.
