We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our key client in Luton
This role would suit someone with a proven background working in a Mechanical Design role in a fast-paced environment with 5 years+ experience with any experience in Conveyors, Materials Handling, Special Purpose Machinery, bespoke Machinery, Automation or similar would be preferable.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Mechanical Design Engineer will be designing bespoke project designs for customers from concept to completion.
* Making modifications to existing designs
* Liaising with production and manufacturing to ensure designs can be created and meet project deadlines
Key Attributes:
* Ideally experience designing conveyors, materials handling, mechanical handling, special purpose machinery or similar would be preferable.
* Solidworks is preferable but would consider another CAD package if someone has the industry related experience
