Job Type – Fixed Term Contract (July 2026), Part-time (Term time only)
Salary – Grade 4 point 5 – £25,583 (pro-rata actual salary £9,006)

Responsibilities
You will:
* Support learning and progress, following guidance from staff.
* Deliver focused provision to meet the needs of the child on a 1-1 basis and work alongside existing staff.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and form positive relationships with children and staff.
Essential criteria / Qualifications
* Previous experience of working with children with SEND is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A kind, caring and nurturing approach to the children.
* A high standard of professional conduct.
* The ability to work effectively under the guidance of the teacher.
* The willingness to take part in all aspects of school life.
