SEN Cover Supervisor - Specialist / PRU Settings (Telford)
We are currently recruiting SEN Cover Supervisors to work within SEN schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions across Telford.
Pay:
💷 £95 - £115 per day (depending on experience)
The role includes:
Supervising classes within SEN and alternative settings
Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
Delivering pre-set work and maintaining engagement
De-escalating challenging situations calmly and safely
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in SEN, care, youth work, or education
Is calm, resilient, and confident
Can build positive relationships with pupils
Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS
