About the Position
As Sales Manager at uCheck, you will flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your core mission is to lead, coach, and drive our Sales Team to new heights. Your passion for client service will fuel business growth and help uphold a culture of excellence within the team.
What You Will Do
• Motivate and lead the team by identifying strengths and areas for development, ensuring each team member fulfils their potential and achieves targets
• Continuously improve team performance through regular feedback, coaching, and support
• Celebrate team successes and provide consistent support during challenging periods
• Maintain high levels of engagement across the team so colleagues feel motivated and supported
• Work closely with both Exeter and Reading teams to ensure alignment and collaboration
What We Expect You to Bring
• Proven outbound sales experience with confidence in prospecting, objection handling, and closing deals
• A strong track record in B2B sales leadership, coaching, and managing high-performing teams
• Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to develop and elevate sales performance
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on consistently exceeding targets
• Confidence analysing KPIs and using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Innovative thinking with the ability to contribute new ideas and strategies in a fast-evolving verification industry
