Finance Accountant – Cash Accounting Team
Our international online business is expanding rapidly, with over 90 localised websites serving customers around the world. To support this continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Finance Accountant to join our Cash Accounting team.
Responsibilities
* Support and mentor a team of 2 part‑qualified accountants.
* Deliver accurate reporting and forecasting for costs and tenders across multiple countries and entities.
* Maintain strong controls over debtor and cash movements.
* Oversee VAT records and ensure compliance with new projects and regulations.
* Monitor daily cash inflows from global payment providers.
* Identify, evaluate, and manage FX charges and risks.
* Work closely with external auditors to deliver efficient multi‑entity audits.
* Manage third‑party service providers, ensuring adherence to contracts and service levels.
* Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners across the business.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with relevant experience.
* Adaptable and organised, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Proactive self‑starter, confident making decisions and driving process improvements.
* Strong communicator, able to explain complex issues clearly and build relationships across teams.
* Results‑driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
