Main duties of the job
As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Your duties will include supporting residents with choosing meal options, ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of the house clean and well-presented, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options throughout the day. Other responsibilities include supporting residents with choosing their meal options, ensuring the dining tables are set according to standard operating procedures, keeping the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and ensuring that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day. Additionally, ensure that fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger foods, and fresh fruit are accessible and replenished regularly. Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
