Job Description Departmental Administrator (Mayne House, Basildon, Essex) o Travel booking and support when required o Raising purchase orders and using iBuy to place orders with suppliers o Liaising with landlord agent and outside contractors for office issues o Arranging internal and external meetings, including Team Builds, Workshops, etc o Maintain Mayne House Teams channel with relevant departmental information o Site Security concept support o Approving invoices in our internal system (APM) o Meeting and organising suppliers along with central purchasing o IT and new starter / leaver support, including on-site on-boarding Sample coordination for a Customer Team o Oversight and support the team for sample order management, including: - Support quotations and tracking internal and external sample orders - Liaising with customer and plant on lead times and delivery dates - Liaising with Sales engineers and Project Manager's for relevant documentation for internal orders
