Reporting to the Head of People Partnering, you'll lead a team of People Partners, drive organisational change projects, and act as the people lead for complex initiatives including TUPE, restructures, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a high-performing People Partnering team, driving capability, and delivering a strategy aligned to business priorities.
2. Provide thought leadership on organisational design, culture, and workforce planning.
3. Oversee strategic people partnering across multiple business units to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and engagement.
4. Champion projects that strengthen colleague engagement, collaboration, and communication.
5. Drive performance management, talent identification, and leadership development.
6. Lead people workstreams for complex change, including TUPE, restructures, and mergers & acquisitions.
