About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing targeted one-to-one and small‑group support Assisting with lesson planning, delivery, and follow‑up tasks Helping maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom management Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
