Overview

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the General Manager plays a pivotal part in the success of the business by delivering a winning team and providing the best service to guests.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, onboard and induct new team members.
* Inspire, develop and lead management and team members to ensure high retention.
* Maximise revenue opportunities through analysing sales figures and effective forecasting.
* Effectively manage all controllable costs and site P&L.
* Support the Regional Operations Manager in delivering long-term business goals.
* Drive individual high performance through regular one-to-ones.
* Maintain attention to detail and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate passion for the brand and ensure the team are knowledgeable and confident in delivering values.
* Ensure all health and safety measures are met to the highest standard.
* Demonstrate a clear passion for achieving high guest measures.
* Utilise guest feedback to maximise opportunities and drive sales and revenue.
* Champion change and implement it with the team in an innovative business.
* From a branded operation perspective, understand and deliver in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Ideally come from a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role with experience in delivering in a branded operation.
* Ability to recruit, develop and retain a strong team; capable of managing labour and cost margins.
