Location: Brinds Well Day Nursery, Chelsfield, Orpington (BR6 7PH)
Contract: Permanent | 37.540 hours per week | 52 weeks per year
Working Pattern: MondayFriday, varied shifts between 07:30-18:30
Choose a 4 or 5 day working week
Salary: £25,937.60 - £31,158.40 per annum (pro-rata) / £12.47 - £14.98 per hour

About You
You are a passionate and professional early years practitioner who:
* Holds a DfE-approved Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above
* Has strong knowledge of the EYFS, enabling you to act as a Key Person
* Plans and delivers high-quality, engaging activities that support learning through play
* Observes, assesses, and records childrens development effectively
* Is committed to safeguarding, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported
* Enjoys working collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive relationships through clear communication
