Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tradesman to join our team, responsible for performing a variety of construction and maintenance tasks across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set and be capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality workmanship in all projects.
Duties
* Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, installation of doors and windows, and cabinetry work.
* Perform roofing duties, ensuring proper installation and repairs to maintain structural integrity.
* Execute construction painting tasks, preparing surfaces and applying finishes to achieve a professional appearance.
* Undertake plumbing work, including installation and repair of pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
* Engage in masonry activities such as bricklaying and stonework for various building projects.
* Conduct welding operations for metal fabrication and repairs as required.
* Apply electrical experience to assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
* Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
* Participate in fabrication processes for custom components as needed.
Skills
* Proficient in carpentry techniques with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
* Experience in roofing methods and materials with attention to detail in execution.
* Skilled in construction painting with knowledge of various paint types and application techniques.
* Competent in plumbing systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
* Knowledgeable in masonry practices with experience in working with different materials.
* Familiarity with welding processes and safety protocols associated with metalwork.
* Basic electrical experience is advantageous for assisting on relevant projects.
* Proficient use of hand tools such as saws, drills, chisels, as well as power tools like grinders and welders.

Pay: £12.21-£25.04 per hour
