Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent). 0–2 years of experience in powertrain or automotive engineering Basic knowledge of calibration tools (INCA, CANalyzer) and data analysis software. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Tasks Assist in calibration and development tasks for hybrid powertrain systems. Collect and analyse test data to support issue resolution. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment. Support validation activities and contribute to test trips. Learn and apply calibration tools and methodologies under guidance.
