This organisation plays a pivotal role in deliveringplex building and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and beyond, with expertise spanning across most, if not all, the built environment and constructionmanding a significant presence within the marketplace.
Due to continued growth, our client has an exciting opportunity available for a building surveyor to join the growing team in Belfast.
Your new role
We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to the role and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent customer service, promoting knowledge and best practice across projects and achieving successful oues for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications
1. Degree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline
2. MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body
Experience
3. Strong technical delivery experience
4. Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
5. Track record in project management of projects from inception topletion
6. Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders
7. Previously employed by a consultancy
8. Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
Behaviours
9. Ability to successfully manageplex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
10. Excellent specification writing skills
11. Client facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery
12. Able to build long-term relationships
