Job Description
Loughview Templepatrick Hotel Limited is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part‑time permanent basis. The position is located at Doubletree by Hilton Templepatrick Hotel, and candidates must be able to commute reliably to this location. The role will be for 16 hours per week with occasional work on public holidays and weekends.
About The Role
 * Process daily cash books and till reconciliations for restaurants and outlets, including cash handling and making up lodgements for secure collection.
 * Update daily turnover reports.
 * Manage supplier queries and respond to supplier payment requests via telephone and email.
 * Update supplier payment requests list and prepare payments on Sage for authorization and input to the bank.
 * Reconcile supplier accounts to supplier statements monthly, reviewing creditors ledgers to ensure all payments are allocated and ledgers are tidy.
 * Provide administrative support to other departments.
 * Support the accounts team with any further duties as and when required.
Required Criteria
 * GCSE Grade A‑C or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
 * Working knowledge of Excel.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
 * Self‑motivated with ability to work to deadlines.
Desired Criteria
 * 1 year of experience in an Accounts Assistant role.
 * Experience using Sage Accounts software.
Contract & Compensation
Contract Type: Part‑time (16 hours per week). Salary is based on experience. Closing Date: Saturday 1st November 2025.
