As a Clinical Research Associate II, you will play a vital role in managing clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting site staff. Your responsibilities include planning and conducting site monitoring visits, serving as the main contact for investigational sites, supporting training, and maintaining study records. Your strengths include:
* 1.5–4 years of experience in clinical research or site monitoring
* Ability to manage 10–15 clinical study sites from start-up to close-out
* Knowledge of ISO 14155, GCP, MDR, FDA, EU, and local regulations
* Skilled in conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Fluent in English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial systems (e.g., eTMF, CTMS)
Your contributions include:
* Planning and executing site monitoring, initiation, and close-out visits
* Serving as the main contact between sponsor and sites
* Supporting site staff with training and issue resolution
* Ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations
* Tracking progress and maintaining records
* Participating in audits and quality checks
* Overseeing data collection and accuracy
* Assisting in study close-out and reporting
* Collaborating with senior team members on clinical trial supervision
