How You Can Play Your Part:
Assist the HSQE Facilities and Fleet Manager by managing the fleet of 280 company cars, vans and administration of grey fleet driver compliance checks. You Will:
Support company vehicle drivers with their enquiries i.e. fuel cards/charging cards, fines, driving offences.
Liaise with vehicle leasing companies to maintain up-to-date records across various internal / external systems.
Be the point of contact for lease companies, facilities, mobile phone providers and office maintenance.
Registering new starters and leavers with respect to fleet and office equipment (laptops, mobiles, company vehicles).
About You:
Bringing strong background amongst lease vehicle management and coordination, youll be highly organised, methodical possessing great attention to detail. Offering a calm, solution-focused approach, youll thrive in a fast paced environment with innate ability in working with multiple datasets, systems and spreadsheets. A proactive, self-starter who seeking an opportunity to grow with an organisation.
