Job Overview: Provide comprehensive financial planning support to advisers, para planners, and the practice to ensure clients receive high-quality financial advice. Manage and process all aspects of pre-sale and post-sale administration efficiently. Opportunities for career progression to Para planner or Senior Administrator roles.Responsibilities and Duties:* Add client information to the intelligent office database.* Create and update Wealth Reports.* Prepare and gather information, such as LOAs and Policy Information Checklists.* Conduct meeting preparation and present findings to advisers for client meetings.* Write basic reports, including Fund Switches, Reviews, and New Money.* Conduct basic research using FE, Defaqto, Cashcalc, etc.* Submit applications to providers, both online and manually.* Ensure cases are processed quickly and efficiently.* Prepare and maintain client files to meet compliance standards.* Assist specialist para planners with investment strategy administration as needed.
