Role Overview
Have relevant experience in the rural property and agricultural sector, with good technical knowledge and experience including:
* Compulsory purchase work
* Estate and land management
* A good understanding of property and land law matters
* Strategic business and asset management
* A good understanding of valuation principles
* Have a keen interest in the rural environment
* Ambitious and positive can-do attitude
* A team player but able to work on own initiative
* Ability to solve problems and provide solutions
* Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic working environment and meeting deadlines
* The ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to engage, influence and communicate with clients, professionals, and the rural community

Team Overview
Savills Consultancy team provides advice on a broad range of rural matters, including valuation, infrastructure, and strategic land management. Our clients include private landowners, farmers, and institutional organizations. The team consists of six dedicated professionals, each bringing specialist knowledge and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality advice and outcomes.
This role does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship (click link to check exemptions).
