Zip Water is seeking a Internal Sales Coordinator to join our sales and marketing team. As a Internal Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads for our sales team to drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will:
* Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research and outreach
* Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with potential leads, qualify their interest and needs
* Nurture and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information and updates
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications in our CRM system
* Contribute to ongoing lead generation strategies and campaigns
* Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
