Job Description: Enterprise Agile Coach London / Staines / Brighton – hybrid working Permanent Full time – 37.5 hours per week £75k - £85k DOE We try to consider all types of flexibility, including locations, hours and working patterns. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile & Product Coach to support the development of agile and product‑led capabilities across UK Insurance. This role operates across teams, leadership groups and the portfolio, guiding the organisation towards more effective, scalable and customer‑centred ways of working. You will work with senior leaders, product managers and cross‑functional teams to enhance delivery maturity, embed product thinking, and strengthen alignment between strategy, prioritisation and execution. You will contribute to creating a culture focused on outcomes, continuous improvement and empowered decision‑making. How you’ll help us make health happen: Provide enterprise-level coaching across teams, leadership and portfolio groups to embed effective agile and product-oriented practices. Support leaders in developing agile and product-led mindsets, enabling improved strategic alignment and decision-making. Guide teams as they mature their delivery practices and adopt product-centred planning and prioritisation approaches. Deliver product coaching across the full product delivery lifecycle, including discovery, problem framing, hypothesis development and iterative delivery, commercial analytics, scale and maintain. Coach and mentor Product Managers, helping to build organisational capability in product management. Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and learning materials covering agile, product management and modern delivery practices. Develop and support communities of practice to promote shared learning, knowledge exchange and consistent standards. Champion psychological safety, collaboration and a coaching culture across the organisation. Role model Bupa’s values and contribute to an environment where teams can deliver high-quality outcomes for customers. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Minimum of 5 years’ experience coaching teams and leaders in product delivery or product manager experience, including a proven record of improving delivery, collaboration and organisational capability and implementing a product operating model. Demonstrable experience coaching agile at scale across multiple teams, portfolios and complex enterprise environments. Substantial experience implementing a product operating model in previous organisations, including shaping structures, roles, governance and behaviours to support product led‑ delivery. Strong background in product management or product coaching, including product discovery, hypothesis-driven development and backlog prioritisation. Experience coaching product managers and cross-functional product teams across the full product lifecycle. Agile coaching or recognised scaled agile qualifications (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) are essential. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and support a range of audiences and maturity levels. High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust, establish psychological safety and foster constructive team environments. Adaptive coaching style with the ability to tailor approaches to context, maturity and organisational needs. Proactive, curious and skilled at identifying root causes to support continuous improvement. Confident, positive and approachable communicator who exemplifies Bupa’s values.
