* Learning the recruitment process from scratch — with support every step.
* Making sales calls to potential clients (we’ll show you how).
* Building relationships with businesses who need great talent.
* Speaking to candidates and helping them land their next big role.
* Working towards sales targets and smashing KPIs — because that’s where the commission lives.
