You A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor who is friendly, enthusiastic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a cheerful and confident manner. Your telephone manner will be positive, professional and calm. Ideally you’ll have a GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English and you will need to know your way around Microsoft Office. Previous Customer Service and/or retail experience is desirable.
