Overview
Aqua Aerobics Instructor – Poulton YMCA (employed by Thornton Active Wellness Portfolio) – Permanent, 1 hour per week – £21.73 per hour.

The Aqua Aerobics Instructor role will continue the revolutionary fitness experience we offer as part of our Active Wellness Portfolio for individuals with specific health requirements and challenges. It is low impact and fun for all.

Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard, quality service in a discipline while being mindful of groups with long-term health conditions, with attention to and application of understanding varying levels of motion and abilities.
* Ensure professional standards are maintained and developed.
* Educate and instruct customers on correct technique and proper form.
* Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
* Ensure the health and safety of all members and participants.
Qualifications
* Recognised Aqua Instructor qualification.
* Experience in teaching discipline in a busy environment.
* Firm commitment to providing excellence in customer service.
* Commitment to teamwork and respect for the skills of others.
* Enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individual.
* Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
