Company description: Rina Job description: What You'll Be Doing: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination of procurement support services such as vendor inspection, expediting, and other second- and third-party activities at supplier locations globally. Your responsibilities will include: Project Management: o Coordinate the planning and execution of field services projects. o Identify, select, and assign qualified personnel to fulfil client requests efficiently and cost-effectively. o Ensure all project requirements are met with a focus on quality and timeliness. Client and Stakeholder Engagement: o Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors. o Maintain strong, proactive communication to manage expectations and provide regular project updates. What We're Looking For: Experience & Education: o Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or coordination roleexperience in engineering, inspection, or procurement sectors is a plus. o A bachelors degree is preferred; however, candidates with relevant professional experience in administrative or coordination roles will be considered.
