As a Business Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our organisation and its membership receieve top-notch customer service and business administration support. You'll work closely with our Business Support manager and Team Leads to drive success and growth. Key responsibilities: Manage our pipeline tracker and launch planner to ensure seamless project execution Maintain accurate and up-to-date contracts, reflecting bsuiness needs and changes Provide transparent performance insights and competitior analysis to inform business decisions Handle inbound retailer leads and outbound fact-finding opportunities with precision and speed Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal teams Serve as a central point of contact for the New Business team, Symbol team and Head office colleagues Collaborate with the credit team to identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities What we're looking for: Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work tasks and maintain high levels of accurancy Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly Excel Ability to think outside of the box Ready to apply?
