* Inputofnewleases,leaseassignmentsandrentreviews
* Monthlyandquarterlyrentraising
* Preparingleasecompletionstatements
* Preparationofmonthlyandquarterlyclientreporting,sometoincludeVATreturnsubmissionstoHMRC.
* Inputofservicechargebudgets
* Clientliaison
* Liaisingwithtenantsonqueries,asrequired
* Preparationofservicechargeyearendreconciliations.
Requirements:
* Atleast5yearexperienceusingarecognisedpropertymanagementaccountspackage.
* StrongknowledgeofExcel
* Excellentorganisationandcommunicationskills,bothoralandwritten
* Aprofessionalandorganisedapproachtowork
* Apositiveandhelpfulattitudewithinateamenvironment
