As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include…
* Overseeing daily management of site projects and teams
* Creating and implementing risk assessments and safe systems of work
* Preparing detailed method statements for projects
* Managing Supervisors and Operatives across multiple projects
* Delivering projects on schedule and within budget
* Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and clients
* Supporting the Divisional Manager with strategic and operational tasks
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager with the following skills and experience…
* Ideally a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
* Hold a valid SSSTS and/or SMSTS certification (one is essential)
* A full UK driving license and willingness to travel to the office and on site
* A CCDO card and Asbestos Managers Certificate are desirable but not essential
* Experience in successfully managing projectsTop of Form

* Strong leadership abilities to motivate and guide teams effectively
* Resilient and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

In return, the successful Contracts Manager will receive a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus the following benefits…
