1. Band 6 - RMN Staff NurseMon to Fri 9.00-17.00 37.5h Address : Fulb Old Drift, Fulbourn, Cambridge CB21 5EE Start as soon as possible
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
2. Receive, triage, and prioritise CAMHS referrals, ensuring timely and appropriate clinical decision-making
3. Conduct initial screenings and risk assessments to determine urgency and care pathways
4. Allocate referrals to appropriate services in line with clinical need and service criteria
5. Liaise with internal teams and external professionals to gather relevant information and support decision-making
6. Provide advice and guidance to referrers, families, and professionals regarding access to services
7. Ensure all referrals and clinical activity are accurately documented in line with governance standards
8. Manage a fast-paced caseload while maintaining high standards of clinical care and responsiveness
9. Escalate safeguarding or high-risk concerns in line with policy
