Job Purpose: Housing Management Officers play an integral role in delivering the Highland Council’s housing service and are the single point of contact for our social housing tenants for all tenancy related matters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a committed housing service that strives for consistent improvement and development with a focus on excellent customer care.

Requirements
Chartered Institute of Housing Level 3 Qualification or willingness to undertake this within the first 12 months of employment.
