Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and innovative music lessons that adhere to the National Curriculum and cater to students of varying abilities. Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their musical development. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current music education practices and pedagogical approaches. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field. Proven experience teaching music at the secondary school level. Strong musicianship skills and the ability to play at least one instrument to a high standard. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
