Office Administrator & Customer Support Specialist - Permanent - up to £35,000 Dependant on experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
We are looking for an experienced office administrator and customer support specialist to join our small team. This role is office-based Monday – Friday 40 hours (full-time basis 8am to 5pm)
This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident liaising with customer, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Duties include:
* Responsible for managing both the purchase and sales ledger function; sales order entry, Invoicing with process for customer SAP system, overseeing purchasing control.
* Customer service support; product enquiries, order entry/enquiries, process complaints.
* Bank and credit card reconciliation.
* Analysis of past and future event projects.
* Managing accruals and pre-payments of projects.
* Quarterly VAT returns.
* Processing expenses for field-based colleagues.
* Liaising with auditors and external parties.
* Inside Sales and supporting Sales Manager.
* Set up new business trading accounts.
* Sales Quotations using CRM/ERP system.
* Plan exhibitions, corporate events with sales and provide marketing support
* Coordinate on Health & Safety training/supplier audit compliance.
* Manage onsite facilities.
* Support Warehouse and Sales departments on admin process function.
As this will be mostly a stand-alone role, we are seeking an individual who is able to work at pace, manage their workload whilst working to tight deadlines. You will have worked within a similar role previously. Qualified by experience minimum 4 years, or minimum AAT 2 Level requirement working in commercial setting.
Strong; organisational, verbal, written and communication skills.
Have strong ability for all common software systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and within our ERP/CRM Syteline system (full training given).
