Building Services Contract Manager M&E Service Provider High Profile Account – London (West End) £65-68k Salary Car Allowance Pension Etc Our customer are a well established and growing FM Service provider, operating in both the UK and Europe, who seek a Contract / Operations Manager to join the team delivering M&E services one of their long-held accounts in Central London, close to Oxford Street. This organisation are responsible for planned and reactive maintenance to electrical, mechanical and general building services systems within this building, man-management of a team of multi-skilled engineers, support staff as well as liaison with specialist contractors to deliver a 5* service.
