Investment & Contracts Manager
Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: £57,350.00 per annum plus £1680 car allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Investment & Contracts Manager to lead Trident’s investment programmes, stock condition surveys, and service contracts. The role focuses on achieving value for money and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
This position will oversee the implementation of the Asset Management Strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective strategies for managing the Group’s property portfolio.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in delivering planned maintenance programmes, performance monitoring, lifecycle costing, and quality management
* Experience managing significant budgets and developing long-term financial investment forecasts and cost models
* Experience delivering stock condition surveys and data analysis for investment decisions
* Knowledge of building/construction safety legislation, standards, and best practices
* Proven track record in procuring and managing contractors for service delivery
* Degree or professional qualification in a related field and membership of a professional body such as CIOB or RICS
