Job Description:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking for your next administrative opportunity? We’re currently seeking a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly team in Leamington Spa. The role involves working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.30.
Main duties:
Receive incoming post
Review the incoming post and ensure documentation is correctly signed and dated before processing
Re-issue documentation if needed
Submit applications to the Land Registry
Action requisitions from the Land Registry
Prepare files for closing packs
Correspond with advisors where required
Deal with routine calls/emails for updates from advisors/third parties
Candidate Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
Friendly and professional communication style
