🧑 💻 The role
They’re hiring into both Contract and Permanent teams within tech and engineering recruitment.
You’ll:
* Learn the fundamentals of 360 recruitment
* Get hands-on with candidate delivery, client work & business development
* Work closely with experienced consultants and managers
* Be given live roles and real responsibility early on
💡 There’s a particular opportunity within contracts, where there’s already a strong base of contractors and plenty of work to pick up.
✅ What they’re looking for
* 6–12 months recruitment experience (will consider less if you’ve got the right attitude)
* Understanding of what recruitment actually involves
* Confident on the phone and happy doing outreach
* Competitive, driven, and motivated to earn
* Team player with a good attitude—no egos
