Job Title: Team Manager – Communities Team
Location: Knowsley Council
Rate: £44.86 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for a Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Communities team in Knowsley.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing staff to operate to high standards and ensure effective case management for vulnerable customers and their carers or representatives.
* Overseeing support planning and case management, and planning services to meet individual needs.
* Staying updated on legislative developments and strategic requirements.
* Collaborating with partnership, commissioning, care management, and provider colleagues to improve service standards.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
* Implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems and conducting audits to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience: Social Work England registration, eligibility to work in the UK, a degree in Social Work, and post-qualification experience are required.
