Manage subcontractors to ensure service levels are met and maintained.
Contribute to wider organisational strategy and support commercial teams where required.
Ensure logistics operations meet regulatory requirements and delivery schedules.

What you'll need to succeed
Significant experience in pharmaceutical manufacture and testing (preferably with exposure to radiopharmaceuticals or radiotracers)
Very strong line management experience, with a preference for people who have managed managers (eg as a department, site or facility manager) and technical teams.
Experience working in a pharmaceutical production facility, aseptic environment or similar regulated setting within healthcare, ie pharmaceutical, biotech or diagnostics (radiopharmaceutical or radiotracer experience preferred).
Experience drafting and executing validation documentation (URS, FDS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ).
Excellent project management, organisational and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of MHRA guidelines and quality management systems.
Ability to manage complex operations with a strategic, pragmatic and solution‑focused mindset.

What you'll get in return
You'll be working for a global leader, making a real difference to the work they do as they continue to develop their business. They have an innovative, driven and highly collaborative culture and can offer a generous salary and benefits package on top of development and progression opportunities.
