Hours: Monday to Friday | 15:00 – 23:00 (Late Shift) Pay: £12.25 per hour | Weekly Pay | Overtime opportunities available Key Responsibilities Precision Assembly: * Assemble intricate components and sub-assemblies according to technical drawings and diagrams. Utilize hand tools and precision instruments to ensure a perfect build every time. Quality Assurance: * Conduct visual inspections of finished products to ensure they meet strict industry standards. Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or processes. Technical Documentation: * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately. Maintain clear records of production batches and quality checks. Production Efficiency: * Work effectively to meet daily production targets on the late shift without compromising on quality. Assist in the kitting and preparation of materials for the assembly line. Workspace Management: * Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
