Looking for a hands-on role where you can take real pride in your craft and help keep your community moving?
We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Sprayer to join our friendly and dedicated team at Stagecoach Winchester. You’ll help keep our fleet looking its best, maintaining high presentation standards across our South fleet. Whether you’re prepping for repaint, refinishing damaged panels, or using our modern spray booth, you’ll be making a visible difference every day.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing vehicles for repaint and refinishing damaged paintwork
* Spraying buses and coaches using our modern facilities and spray booth
* Cutting, forming, and fitting sheet metal, ply, fibreglass and other materials
* Fitting panels, mouldings and accessories
* Maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Ensuring all work meets health, safety, and DVSA standards
What we’re looking for:
* A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Hands-on experience in paint-spraying or vehicle body repair (PSV/HGV experience preferred)
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* A proactive approach to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
